Plan Overview
The Managed Web Hosting plan is offered at $175 per month or $1,680 per year. This service includes website design, hosting, management, and passive SEO optimization.
Included Services
- Website design and setup by Funnelbility.
- Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and management.
- Passive SEO updates (e.g., title tags, image optimization, and on-page tweaks).
- Minor content updates such as changing text or images upon request.
Exclusions
- Active SEO services (such as backlink creation, article/blog writing, or off-page SEO) are not included.
- Adding new pages, sections, or redesigns outside the original scope is not included unless:
- It has been 24 months since the initial launch, at which time a full website refresh may be provided.
Ownership & Licensing
- All websites created under this plan are the intellectual property of Funnelbility.
- Clients are granted a license to use the website for as long as their hosting and management plan remains active.
- After 24 consecutive months of payments, Funnelbility will release full ownership and files of the website to the client at no additional cost.
- If a client wishes to migrate the website to another provider before 24 months, a buyout fee of $2,700 applies to release ownership and transfer the site.
Billing & Cancellation
- Payments are due monthly or annually in advance.
- The plan is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time.
- Upon cancellation, hosting and website access will be discontinued unless the site has been bought out or ownership has been released as stated above.
Liability
- Funnelbility is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or performance issues caused by third-party services, plugins, or client-provided content. Reasonable measures are taken to maintain uptime and data integrity.
